Real-Time Stress Data Not Updating
Common causes of missing live stress data

Real-Time Stress in Welldo is calculated continuously using your recent heart rate and HRV patterns. When enough reliable data is available, it updates automatically in the background.
If updates seem paused or missing, one of the situations below is usually the reason.
New Apple Watch or fresh setup
If you’ve recently started using a new Apple Watch, your body’s baseline hasn’t fully formed yet.
Welldo may need 3–7 days of regular wear to collect enough heart rate data to generate stable real-time stress insights.
Frequent movement or wrist activity
Real-Time Stress works best when your body is relatively steady. During:
• Frequent movement
• Intense hand or wrist activity
• Walking, exercising, or traveling
measurements can become unreliable.
To protect accuracy, this data is automatically excluded.
When this happens, you’ll see “High Movement” marked on the stress graph in the iPhone app.
What helps Real-Time Stress work best
• Wear your Apple Watch consistently throughout the day
• Keep it snug on your wrist
• Allow calm periods (especially sleep and rest) for baseline building
• Avoid Low Power Mode when possible
A quick reminder
Real-Time Stress reflects your body’s signals, not just the current moment.
If your data pauses, it’s usually because Welldo is waiting for clean, reliable input—not because something is broken.
