If you're having trouble adding Welldo watch faces or complications, don't worry—this is usually caused by Apple Watch compatibility or syncing issues rather than the Welldo app itself.
Before you begin, make sure these requirements are met:
1. The Welldo Apple Watch app is installed
The Welldo app must be installed on your Apple Watch before its complications become available.
Sometimes, watchOS may delay or fail to install the watch app automatically. If you don't see the Welldo app on your watch, open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to Available Apps, and install Welldo manually.
2. Your Apple Watch is running watchOS 9 or later
Welldo watch faces and complications require watchOS 9 or later. If your Apple Watch is running an earlier version, update it from the Watch app on your iPhone by going to General → Software Update.
Common Issues
Depending on your watchOS version, you may experience one of the following:
• *Complication Unavailable* when selecting a Welldo complication.
• A watch face that cannot be added to your Apple Watch.
• Missing complications or blank complication slots.
• Changes made in the iPhone Watch app not appearing on your Apple Watch.
These issues are known limitations of certain watchOS versions and Apple's synchronization between the iPhone and Apple Watch.
Recommended Solution
For the most reliable experience, we recommend adding and editing Welldo complications directly on your Apple Watch instead of using the Watch app on your iPhone.
1. Choose a compatible watch face, such as Modular or Infograph Modular.
2. Touch and hold the watch face, then tap Edit.
3. Swipe to the Complications screen.
4. Tap the complication you want to customize.
5. Scroll until you find Welldo.
6. Select the Welldo complication you'd like to display.
7. Press the Digital Crown to save your changes.
Configuring complications directly on your Apple Watch helps avoid most syncing and compatibility issues between iOS and watchOS, ensuring your Welldo watch face works as expected.
