What is Real-Time Stress?
See what real-time stress reveals about your body

Real-Time Stress is a dynamic metric that shows how your body is responding to stress at this very moment.
It’s calculated by comparing your current heart rate data, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV), with your historical baseline.
When your heart rate patterns deviate significantly from your usual range, it suggests that your body is experiencing greater physiological stress — for example, from fatigue, emotional tension, or physical effort.
In short, a higher Real-Time Stress value means your body is under more stress right now, while a lower value indicates a calm and balanced state.

Understanding Your Real-Time Stress Levels
Your Real-Time Stress is shown as a percentage and grouped into four clear zones, helping you see how your body is responding right now:
🟢 Great (1%–20%) — Your system is steady and relaxed. You’re in an optimal state of balance.
🔵 Normal (21%–60%) — Mild stress detected, but your body is handling it well.
🟠 Attention (61%–80%) — Signs of strain are showing. Take a moment to pause or unwind.
🔴 Overload (81%–100%) — Your body is under heavy stress and needs time to recover.
Each zone corresponds directly to HRV-based stress patterns, translating complex heart data into simple insights you can understand — and act on — in real time.
