Why Do My Apple Watch and iPhone Show Different Stress Levels?
Under normal conditions, your Apple Watch and iPhone use the same personalized stress standards to calculate and display your stress level.

Under normal conditions, your Apple Watch and iPhone use the same personalized stress standards to calculate and display your stress level. These standards are automatically synchronized between your devices.
Occasionally, due to Apple Watch connectivity or synchronization limitations, the stress standards on your watch may become temporarily out of sync with your iPhone.
As a result, the same HRV value may be interpreted as a different stress level on each device.

How to Sync Your Stress Standards
If you notice different stress levels on your Apple Watch and iPhone, you can manually synchronize your stress standards.
1. Make sure you're using the latest version of Welldo on both your iPhone and Apple Watch.
2. Open the Welldo app on your Apple Watch.
3. Scroll to the last page of the Apple Watch app and tap Sync Health Data.
4. Make sure both devices are open.
5. Keep both apps open until the synchronization is complete.
6. If the sync is successful, your stress scores will be the same on both devices.
Once the sync finishes, your Apple Watch and iPhone will use the same stress standards, and your stress levels should match across both devices.
