Why do you see "Insufficient Data"?
Understand why data isn’t available yet.

If you see "Insufficient Data" on the homepage, it means there isn’t enough information collected for the day to calculate your Daily Stress Score accurately.
Welldo relies on your Apple Watch data to generate a precise result. When the data is too limited, we temporarily hold off on calculating your score — this ensures your results remain reliable and meaningful.
To fix this, simply keep wearing your Apple Watch consistently throughout the day.
Or start gathering data right away, you can manually measure your HRV using the Mindfulness app on your Apple Watch — just open the app, start a Reflect or Breathe session, and your watch will record HRV data automatically.
Here are the most common reasons this message appears:
1. Not enough HRV data — fewer than two HRV measurements were recorded during the day.
2. Missing resting heart rate data — your watch didn’t collect sufficient RHR readings while you were still or resting.
Once enough data is gathered, your Daily Stress Score will update automatically.
